Requirements • Master's degree or PhD in Geothermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, or a related field. • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the geothermal energy industry. • Proven expertise in geothermal resource assessment, reservoir modeling, and well engineering. • Strong understanding of geothermal power plant cycles (e.g., binary, flash steam) and related equipment. • Experience with project management and knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and remote collaboration skills.
