About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design direction for key marketing campaigns and product initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact.

• Create high-quality graphic assets, including web graphics, social media visuals, ad creatives, infographics, presentations, and print materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet strategic objectives.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and brand assets to ensure consistency and efficiency.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 6 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

• Strong understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Experience working in a remote environment and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
