About the Role Our client is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Grid Integration Engineer to join their fully remote team. You will collaborate with a distributed team of experts, contributing to the development of sustainable energy solutions on a large scale.

Key Responsibilities • Perform detailed grid interconnection studies , including stability, fault current, and protection coordination analysis. • Develop and review technical specifications for grid connection equipment and systems for renewable energy projects . • Ensure compliance with relevant grid codes, standards, and regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions. • Collaborate with utility companies, system operators, and project development teams to facilitate smooth project approvals and commissioning. • Provide expert technical support and guidance on power systems engineering challenges related to grid integration. • Stay updated on advancements in grid technologies, energy storage, and their impact on grid stability and integration.

Requirements • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with a specialization in Power Systems. • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in grid integration , power systems analysis, or similar. • In-depth knowledge of power flow, transient stability, and fault analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, PSLF, DigSilent PowerFactory). • Experience with the technical aspects of integrating variable renewable energy sources (solar, wind) into the grid. • Familiarity with international grid codes and utility interconnection processes. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, suitable for a fully remote , collaborative environment.
