Senior HR Officer - Remote Position

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final offer negotiation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Proficiency with HR information systems (HRIS) and standard office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suited for remote collaboration.
• Solid understanding of South African labor law and its practical application.
