About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and resolutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR Specialist or generalist roles, with substantial remote work experience.
