Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HSE management, with at least 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry. • In-depth knowledge of relevant national and international HSE legislation and standards. • Proven experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001). • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. • Ability to manage and motivate teams remotely and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
