Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into HR initiatives.
• Develop and execute HR plans for talent management, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Advise on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Drive change management initiatives and support leadership in fostering a positive culture.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate training and development programs to enhance leadership and employee capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or an MBA.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion as an HR Business Partner.
• Demonstrated success in strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
• Expertise in employee relations , conflict resolution, and change management.
• Exceptional consultative, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in advanced HR analytics and reporting tools, adapted for remote collaboration.
