About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Officer to join their fully remote global team, supporting their operations while based remotely from Richards Bay . This strategic role will involve developing and implementing HR initiatives that support business objectives, managing complex employee relations issues, and contributing to talent management and organizational development strategies. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and management, providing expert HR guidance and support in a dynamic, digitally connected work environment. This position requires a proactive approach to HR leadership and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and high-performing remote culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
• Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention programs to build a strong workforce.
• Advise senior management on HR best practices, legal compliance, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a significant portion in a senior or strategic role.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent management, and HR strategy development.
• Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of global HR practices and compliance is an advantage.
