Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Industrial Engineer to join their forward-thinking team on a fully remote basis.

You will leverage your expertise in data analysis, Lean methodologies, and project management to identify and execute solutions that enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall performance, all from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the analysis and redesign of complex business processes and operational systems. • Develop and implement strategic initiatives using Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify performance gaps, root causes, and opportunities for optimization. • Manage cross-functional project teams remotely to ensure successful implementation of process improvements. • Create detailed process documentation, training materials, and performance metrics. • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various departments to champion change and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Management, or a related field. • 8+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering or a similar process improvement role. • Demonstrated expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt certification strongly preferred). • Proven ability to manage complex, strategic projects from initiation to completion. • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, simulation software, and project management tools. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, adapted for remote collaboration.
