About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Industrial Engineer to join their team as a Remote Process Optimization Specialist .

Key Responsibilities • Analyze existing industrial processes and operational data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. • Design, develop, and implement optimized processes, workflows, and system improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency, cost savings, and quality metrics. • Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of process improvements, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and successful adoption. • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations for management based on analysis and project outcomes. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and operational staff remotely.
