Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• PhD or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a significant focus on strategic operational improvement.
• Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred) , and simulation modeling.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects autonomously in a remote setting .
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Superior communication and presentation abilities, effectively conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences remotely.
