Execute innovation strategy by launching a disruptive innovation funnel for 2027–2030+ across big bets and base line extensions. Manage the pipeline of projects, move projects through stage gates, commercialize and launch the innovations year on year for national and custom retail partners.
Proven experience in creating new markets, new categories and launching disruptive innovation year on year. Solid analytical skills and experience working with syndicated data such as IRI Unify. Annual bonus, 401(k) plan with Employer Match, and hybrid work + wellness + cell phone stipends.
