Key Responsibilities • Conduct in-depth analysis of insurance market dynamics, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. • Develop and maintain financial models to forecast performance, assess profitability, and evaluate new product initiatives. • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings, trends, and strategic recommendations. • Collaborate remotely with various departments, including underwriting, sales, and finance, to provide analytical support and insights. • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business performance against strategic objectives. • Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to enhance business growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably within the insurance industry . • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including advanced Excel, SQL, and ideally a BI tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively in a remote environment. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related quantitative field.
