Senior Logistics Specialist (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Develop and implement innovative logistics strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Manage relationships with key logistics partners, including carriers and 3PL providers, to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant domestic and international logistics regulations and trade compliance requirements.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior logistics team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in logistics management and supply chain operations.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics projects and implementing strategic initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation modes, international shipping, customs, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems, including TMS and WMS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
