Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction across all luxury properties.
• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Manage operational budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure profitability without compromising on service quality.
• Lead and mentor remote operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and exceptional guest service.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards, implementing and monitoring best practices across all locations.
• Collaborate with department heads to streamline processes and improve inter-departmental communication and workflow.
• Analyze operational data and guest feedback to identify trends, address challenges, and implement strategic improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and digital tools to enhance operational effectiveness and remote team collaboration.
• Uphold the brand's commitment to luxury service standards and guest experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in luxury hotel operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale hotel operations, preferably with international exposure.
• Exceptional understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively, utilizing digital collaboration tools.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and operational analytics tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make decisive decisions in a remote setting.
