About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Consultant specializing in Digital Transformation to join their fully remote team. While based notionally in East London, this role offers the flexibility of working from anywhere within South Africa. You will lead clients through significant digital changes, advising on strategy, technology adoption, and implementation to enhance operational efficiency, customer engagement, and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies for diverse clients.
• Assess clients' digital maturity and identify key opportunities for innovation and improvement using technology.
• Guide clients through the selection and implementation of digital solutions, including cloud, AI, data analytics, and automation tools.
• Manage complex digital transformation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, in a virtual setting.
• Advise senior leadership on emerging digital trends and their strategic implications for their business.
• Foster a client-centric approach, building strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in digital strategy, IT consulting, or leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in areas such as cloud migration, data analytics, CRM implementation, and agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging digital technologies and their business applications.
• Exceptional leadership, project management, and change management skills, with experience in remote team leadership.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, adapted for a virtual environment.
