Risk Management and WC Program Administration Develop risk mitigation initiatives such as safety programs and return-to-work protocols tailored to entertainment workflows. Drive end-to-end underwriting operations including onboarding, classification, and policy endorsement. Track and report on Workers Compensation KPIs and SLAs across the program.
Leverage AI tools for daily operations, research, and workflow automation. Build a centralized WC knowledge base and deploy self-serve agents to reduce friction.
