Requirements • Proficient English communication skills. • Ability to thrive independently, sans micromanagement. • 3-5+ years' experience in Media Buying, preferably within a digital agency or performance and affiliate marketing sphere. • Demonstrated success in running profitable campaigns across diverse digital platforms. • Comprehensive understanding of online media planning, implementation, and optimization. • Familiarity with digital planning and analytical tools, ad serving platforms, and social media. • Capacity to manage multiple campaigns concurrently and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. • Detail‑oriented with a penchant for organization. • Video and static ads creation (via several tools including AI ones). • Strong analytical prowess.
