About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Medical Affairs Manager to lead their medical affairs function in a fully remote capacity , supporting their operations across Benoni and beyond.

This pivotal role involves developing and executing the medical strategy for key therapeutic areas, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ensuring the scientific and clinical integrity of company products. You will play a crucial part in shaping the company's medical voice and contributing to evidence generation and dissemination.

Requirements • Medical Doctor (MBChB/MD) or PhD in a relevant scientific discipline. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry. • Demonstrated success in developing and executing medical strategies and managing KOL relationships. • Strong understanding of clinical research, drug development, and relevant therapeutic areas. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead remotely. • Experience in manuscript preparation and presentation at scientific congresses.
