You’ll work on enterprise D365 transformation programmes, helping customers modernise and optimise their finance operations.
Responsibilities
• Lead finance workstreams across D365 F&O implementations
• Run customer workshops and analyse business requirements
• Configure and optimise D365 Finance modules
• Produce functional designs and process documentation
• Support testing, data migration, training and go-live
• Work closely with developers, architects and project teams
• Advise customers on D365 best practices
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of Dynamics AX or D365 F&O experience
• Strong knowledge of D365 Finance
• At least two end-to-end implementations
• Experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and Cash and Bank Management
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
• Confident customer-facing and workshop skills
• Existing right to work in Germany
Nice to Have
• Dynamics partner or consulting experience
• Exposure to Electronic Reporting, Power Platform or Power BI
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Consultant to join a growing Microsoft Dynamics practice in Germany.
You’ll be involved throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, training and go-live. This is a customer-facing position suited to someone who combines strong D365 Finance knowledge with a practical understanding of accounting and financial business processes.
You’ll work alongside Solution Architects, Developers, Project Managers and other Functional Consultants to deliver scalable Dynamics 365 solutions for customers across Germany and wider Europe.
