About the Role Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer to join their dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. You will leverage your expertise to design, develop, and troubleshoot complex chemical processes, working collaboratively with virtual teams.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the design, development, and optimization of new and existing chemical processes from a remote setting. • Conduct rigorous process analysis, including simulation, modeling, and scale-up studies, utilizing digital collaboration tools. • Troubleshoot complex process issues and provide expert technical guidance to site teams globally. • Develop process documentation, including P&IDs, mass and energy balances, and operating procedures. • Ensure all process designs meet stringent safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance standards. • Collaborate effectively with project managers, R&D scientists, and operations personnel through virtual communication channels.

Requirements • Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering. • 10+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering, with a significant focus on process design and optimization. • Expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, CHEMCAD) and data analysis. • Strong knowledge of chemical reaction engineering , thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote setting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of successful virtual collaboration.
