Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement in chemical operations.
• Develop and implement advanced process control strategies and optimization models.

• Collaborate with site engineers and operations personnel to deploy and monitor optimization initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in process optimization technologies and methodologies.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on process performance and optimization project outcomes to management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in process engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and data analysis.
• Expertise in statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with process simulation software and advanced process control (APC) systems.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
