Key Responsibilities

• Oversee pilot batches and scale-up processes, ensuring product consistency.

• Provide technical support and expertise to marketing and sales teams.
• Stay current with advancements in cosmetic science, formulation technologies, and sustainability practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cosmetic product development, with a strong portfolio of successfully launched products.
• In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and analytical testing methods.
• Proven experience in developing a wide range of cosmetic product categories (e.g., skincare, makeup, haircare).
• Familiarity with global cosmetic regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
