Stay close to users & data: What you bring along 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a clear track record of shipping products that moved metrics, not just shipped features. Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features to customers.
Experience in HR Tech or recruiting software - and a solid understanding of what it means to build for German SMBs - is a strong plus.
