Senior Product Manager
This is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space as a Senior Product Manager, joining our Product team.
Key responsibilities Build solutions that solve for payroll, benefits, and other services Remote offers Own the end‑to‑end experience, including both software and service delivery Lead on solutions with senior product team members; work autonomously on simple features and seek support for complex problems Manage internal expectations for projects, products, and features Contribute to tactical and strategic decision‑making for your business area Collaborate with senior members to shape cross‑department and cross‑team solutions Drive Remote in the right direction by building an effective roadmap for your area Collaborate with senior product team members to create long‑term strategic plans Form and share a near‑term strategic vision that incorporates market research, competitive analysis, and other inputs Be the subject‑matter expert for your product area Contribute to scaling and growth plans for your product area Ship improvements iterativel You will develop and guide our strategy for key product areas, working with cross‑functional engineering and design groups to identify and solve the most important problems and shape iterative solutions.
