Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in a manufacturing engineering role. • Proven track record in process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and Six Sigma methodologies . • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive data-informed decisions. • Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools relevant to production processes. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working effectively in a distributed and remote team setting.
