About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager with a strong background in civil infrastructure projects to lead their fully remote team.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage all phases of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. • Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies. • Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve project milestones. • Manage client relationships, stakeholder expectations, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure compliance with all relevant engineering standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. • Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture in a remote setting .

Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; PMP certification is a significant advantage. • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused on civil infrastructure projects. • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from start to finish. • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contract administration, and risk management principles. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills , essential for remote team management. • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
