Large general contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to direct major data centre projects ($150m+). You will develop and execute project plans and schedules, ensure the highest safety and quality standards.
You have a proven track record for meeting budgets, schedules, and scope. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role. Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000.
Responsibilities of Senior Project Manager: Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Superintendent. Prepare regular, timely, and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.
Meet with Owners, Architects, and other Stakeholders professionally and communicate effectively regarding concerns and company interests. Monitor, interpret, and forecast project cost reports, ensuring alignment with estimates and maintaining positive cash flow.
