You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints, all in a remote setting. • Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, set milestones, and manage resources effectively across virtual teams. • Utilize project management software and collaboration tools to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication among remote team members and stakeholders. • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum. • Facilitate effective virtual communication, run remote meetings, and ensure clear documentation and reporting for all project activities. • Foster a collaborative and productive remote work environment, promoting team cohesion and accountability.

Requirements • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years successfully managing projects in a 100% remote environment. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is required. • Proven expertise in utilizing a wide range of remote collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Teams). • Exceptional organizational skills, self-discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively without direct supervision. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, tailored for virtual interactions. • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate distributed teams to achieve project goals.
