Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of supply chain optimization projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines for remote teams.
• Manage cross‑functional teams distributed across different locations, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Identify and implement process improvements and technological solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee vendor selection and management for relevant project components.
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle, utilizing remote collaboration tools.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 9 years of experience in project management, with at least 6 years focused on supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex supply chain projects, preferably in a fully remote setting.
• Deep understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, inventory management, and distribution networks.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, tailored for remote team management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana) and supply chain planning tools.
• Experience with data analysis and process mapping.
• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or PMP certification is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
