You will: • Lead enterprise ServiceNow implementation and transformation projects • Coordinate multiple workstreams across customer, consulting, and technical teams • Drive project planning, governance, execution, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities • Facilitate steering committees, executive reviews, and customer governance meetings • Manage project budgets, risks, timelines, dependencies, and quality expectations • Serve as the primary delivery leader for customer stakeholders • Lead geographically distributed project teams across multiple countries and time zones • Coach consultants and junior project managers • Contribute to delivery standards, methodologies, and organizational development This role offers significant growth potential and increasing responsibility as our delivery organization continues to scale.
