Senior Property Manager (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and organized Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties from a fully remote basis. This role is crucial for ensuring the optimal performance and profitability of properties across various locations, including but not limited to Klerksdorp . You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of property operations, tenant relations, financial management, and maintenance coordination. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a diverse property portfolio, ensuring tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manage tenant relations, including lease negotiations, renewals, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and manage property budgets, including rent collection, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Conduct regular property inspections (virtually and as needed on-site) to ensure compliance with standards.
• Work closely with leasing agents and marketing teams to minimize vacancies and optimize rental income across properties, including those in the North West province.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in property management.
• Proven experience in managing residential or commercial properties.
• Strong understanding of property laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and financial management principles.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a remote work environment.
