Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, ideally with exposure to various industries and role levels. • Proven ability to manage a high volume of requisitions and deliver results in a remote work environment. • Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills. • Proficiency in using modern recruitment technologies, ATS, and social sourcing tools. • Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and employment legislation. • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.

This role is entirely remote, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within South Africa , with a focus on supporting clients in the Western Cape region, including Mossel Bay .

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles, from sourcing to offer management, ensuring an exceptional candidate and client experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned recruiter who thrives in a remote setting and is adept at building strong professional relationships virtually.

Key Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple clients and diverse roles, ensuring timely and quality placements. • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using online platforms, professional networks, and database mining to identify top talent. • Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for remote or hybrid roles. • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and clients through clear and consistent communication. • Provide market intelligence and recruitment expertise to clients, offering strategic advice on talent acquisition. • Ensure all recruitment activities and candidate data are accurately recorded and managed within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
