You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top talent, nurturing client relationships virtually, and driving significant recruitment outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities for a diverse client base, remotely.
• Proactively identify and engage with prospective clients, developing new business opportunities.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates for a wide range of roles, ensuring quality and fit.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates through virtual channels.
• Negotiate employment offers and manage the onboarding process efficiently.
• Consistently meet and exceed personal placement targets and contribute to the consultancy's overall success.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally with experience in business development.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a remote work environment, managing a desk independently.
• Exceptional virtual communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in utilizing advanced recruitment technologies, ATS, and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of candidate sourcing strategies and market dynamics.
