About the Role Our client, a leading Recruitment Consultancy , is looking for a seasoned Senior Recruitment Specialist to enhance their talent acquisition capabilities.

This is a strategic, fully remote position that will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting high-caliber professionals for their clients across South Africa, supporting their operations that may include Mahikeng, North West .

You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes. This role offers the chance to work independently, utilize advanced recruitment tools, and contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing consultancy.

Key Responsibilities • Manage complex recruitment assignments from initiation to successful placement. • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier passive and active candidates. • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including behavioral and competency-based interviews. • Build and maintain strong professional networks and relationships with candidates and clients. • Provide market intelligence and consultative advice to hiring managers and clients. • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. • Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in challenging or niche roles. • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and market trends. • Excellent interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills. • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools. • Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a remote environment.
