Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine advanced diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting methodologies for remote application.
• Analyze system performance data to identify root causes of failures and recommend long-term engineering solutions.

• Author technical documentation, best practice guides, and training materials for internal and external use.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Field Engineer or in a senior technical support role, with a strong track record in remote problem-solving.
• Deep expertise in diagnosing and resolving highly complex mechanical, electrical, and software system issues.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams through challenging technical situations.
• Proficiency with advanced diagnostic tools, simulation software, and remote access technologies.
