Requirements • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field. • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations and HR advisory. • Demonstrated expertise in South African labor law and employment equity legislation. • Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential HR matters with discretion. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, adept at virtual interaction.
