About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Remote Industrial Engineer to join their globally distributed team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and redesign of complex industrial processes, systems, and facilities for optimal performance.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Utilize advanced data analysis and simulation tools to model process improvements and predict outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports, technical documentation, and project proposals for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, supply chain, and management, in a remote setting.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and system design.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma methodologies (certification preferred), and continuous improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in simulation software, statistical analysis tools, and CAD packages.
• Exceptional problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proven experience and comfort working effectively in a fully remote team environment.
