Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design, analysis, and validation of intricate mechanical systems and components.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers and design teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Develop detailed technical specifications, P&IDs, and complex 3D models using advanced CAD software.
• Conduct advanced engineering analysis, including FEA and CFD, to optimize performance and reliability.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, electrical engineering, and manufacturing, in a virtual setting.
• Champion the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance design processes and product innovation.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and product development, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Expertise in advanced CAD/CAE software (e.g., SolidWorks Premium, ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Deep understanding of material science, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and manufacturing processes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at virtual collaboration.
