Key Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, execution, and successful closure of significant projects utilizing remote team structures.
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.
• Lead, mentor, and manage virtual project teams, ensuring clear communication and high levels of engagement.
• Manage project budgets effectively, overseeing expenditures and ensuring financial accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; PMP or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of extensive experience in project management , with a significant track record in remote or distributed team leadership.
• Proven expertise in managing complex projects from initiation through to completion in a virtual setting.
• Proficiency with collaboration tools and modern project management software for remote teams.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
