Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Over 7 years of progressive experience in project management , with at least 3 years managing projects entirely remotely.

• Proficiency with advanced collaboration and project management software designed for virtual teams.
• Exceptional leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills in a virtual context.
• Proven ability to influence and motivate teams without direct physical oversight.
