Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects using Agile methodologies.

• Manage cross-functional, globally distributed teams, fostering strong communication and collaboration.

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with strategic goals.

• Proactively identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies in a remote setting.

• Ensure effective budget management, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies for remote teams.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in project management , with a strong emphasis on technology and software development projects.

• Proven track record of successfully managing complex, large-scale technology initiatives remotely.

• Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, adapted for remote environments.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

• Experience in managing cloud-based solutions, data analytics, or cybersecurity projects is highly desirable.
