Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sophisticated candidate assessments and provide detailed feedback to clients.
• Mentor and support junior remote team members, sharing best practices and expertise.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in recruitment consultancy, with a strong track record in executive search or senior-level placements.
• Proven success in managing client relationships and driving business development remotely.
• Excellent virtual communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with advanced recruitment tools and CRM systems for remote operations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a remote environment, serving clients in the Western Cape and beyond.
