Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed reservoir characterization studies using geological and engineering data.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated reservoir simulation models to forecast production and evaluate development scenarios.
• Analyze production data and implement optimization strategies to enhance recovery rates and maximize asset value.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with geoscience and production teams to ensure integrated reservoir management.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the development of best practices in reservoir engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in reservoir engineering , with a strong track record in simulation and analysis.
• Proficiency with industry-standard reservoir simulation software (e.g., ECLIPSE, Petrel RE).
• Demonstrated expertise in production forecasting , decline curve analysis, and economic evaluation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote work environment .
