Senior Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing innovator in the (specific sector - e.g., mobile technology/educational software/digital services) space, is actively seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their fully remote team. This crucial role is focused on identifying and qualifying prospective customers, generating high-quality leads for the sales team, and initiating the sales conversation. You will leverage your expertise in outreach, research, and communication to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, and set up initial meetings. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research potential clients using various tools and databases.
• Initiate contact with prospects through personalized emails, calls, and social media engagement.
• Articulate the value proposition of our client's products/services to generate interest.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure alignment with target customer profiles.
• Schedule and confirm introductory meetings or calls for the Account Executive team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales development.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR), Business Development Representative (BDR), or similar lead generation role.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets for qualified leads and meetings booked.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong persuasive abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
• Excellent research and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and effective outreach techniques.
• Experience in the (specific sector - e.g., mobile technology/educational software/digital services) industry is a plus.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
