Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for key indirect and direct spend categories, focusing on cost reduction and value creation.

• Lead complex negotiations with major suppliers, including RFx processes, contract development, and price benchmarking.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and procurement.
• Proven track record of delivering substantial cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Expertise in complex negotiation strategies, contract management, and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with e-sourcing tools, procurement platforms, and remote collaboration technologies.
