Senior Subsea Engineer - Remote

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Subsea Engineer to join their remote team, contributing to the design, fabrication, and installation of subsea production systems. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while playing a key role in the development of offshore oil and gas projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of subsea infrastructure, collaborating with project teams worldwide. Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze subsea equipment, including christmas trees, manifolds, and flowlines.
• Develop installation procedures and support offshore execution activities remotely.
• Perform stress analysis, fatigue analysis, and integrity assessments for subsea components.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams on technical specifications and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements for subsea operations.
• Contribute to risk assessments and HAZID studies for subsea development projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in subsea engineering for offshore oil and gas projects.
• Proficiency in relevant subsea design and analysis software (e.g., CAD, FEA tools).
• Strong knowledge of subsea system architecture, components, and interfaces.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical tasks and deliver results independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective virtual teamwork.
