Senior Talent Sourcer (Remote)

About the Role

Our client seeks an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates for critical roles across the organization, supporting hiring efforts that may have originated in Randburg but extend nationally and internationally. You will be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, building robust talent pipelines, and working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific needs. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles.

• Leverage a variety of tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, niche job boards, networking) to find passive and active talent.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across various disciplines and seniority levels.

• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess interest and qualifications.

• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search criteria and understand role requirements.

• Champion diversity and inclusion in all sourcing efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience specifically in talent sourcing or executive search.

• Demonstrated expertise in advanced Boolean search techniques and CRM/ATS usage.

• Proven ability to build effective talent pipelines for technical, professional, and executive roles.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment is advantageous.
