Senior Warehouse Administrator (Remote)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Warehouse Administrator to manage and streamline administrative functions for their warehousing operations based out of Klerksdorp . This fully remote role is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing orders efficiently, and ensuring seamless communication between the warehouse floor and management. You will utilize your expertise in administrative processes and digital tools to support operational effectiveness and drive improvements in warehouse administration. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, contributing significantly to the overall efficiency of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and timely.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational performance.
• Coordinate communication between warehouse staff, management, and other departments regarding inventory and order status.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of administrative procedures and policies.
• Provide administrative support to the warehouse management team, resolving discrepancies and addressing queries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse administration or a similar role.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Experience in data entry and report generation for operational tracking.
