Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and remote leadership for warehouse operations across multiple sites.

Develop and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse functions, ensuring consistency and efficiency.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Oversee inventory control, ensuring accuracy, minimizing shrinkage, and optimizing stock levels.

Manage budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for operational savings.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards across all facilities.

Lead, mentor, and develop remote and on-site warehouse management teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in warehouse and logistics management, with significant experience in operational leadership.

Demonstrated success in managing complex warehouse operations, preferably across multiple sites.

Strong experience in developing and implementing warehouse strategies, SOPs, and performance metrics.

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant logistics technologies.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to manage effectively in a remote capacity.
